-Being recycled teak, this timber has been repurposed from old buildings, railways and the like. Whilst the timber is expertly graded and selected for its suitability for this furniture piece “imperfections” can exist.This is a result of it being both a natural product and having previously been used by man.Imperfections may include but are not limited to colour variations, knots, nail holes, dents and small cracks. These are not defects, rather features that indicate a past use and add to the individual character of the furniture. In some cases pieces of blocking are added to create a consistent surface area. This adds to the unique character of each setting. These are not considered defects. Please note that given this is a natural product using recycled timber with potential imperfections as noted above no two settings will be identical.
